Sign up for the Online Starter Program ($120), which includes a 1 hour Online Training Session/Assessment via Zoom, plus a Customized 4 Week Workout Program made specifically for you that focuses on lower body development!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refund requests for Online Training Sessions and Online Training Assessments must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time in order to receive a full refund. Time adjustments will not be made for logging in late to scheduled sessions. Refunds will not be given for missed or partial sessions.
- If you miss a scheduled Online Training Assessment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to complete a questionnaire in substitute of the assessment, so Coach Donny can still provide you with your customized workout program.
- Refund requests for Monthly Membership Workouts must be made within 24 hours after purchase. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.
