VOLLEYBALL CAMP 2024
Improve your passing, setting, serving, spiking, and blocking technique, implement offensive / defensive strategies, and apply them to game situations. We provide a 1 to 7 coach to player ratio to maximize your drill repetition and feedback, and meet each athlete where their skill level is at. We also maintain a positive and safe learning for athletes to make productive mistakes and have competitive fun!
CAMP SCHEDULE
We cover 3 skills on Day 1, and 3 different skills on Day 2. There will be breakout drills to work on position specific techniques, and how to apply them to game play drills. The skills and drills we learn will depend on the number of athletes for each position and their skill level. Frequent breaks will be provide for athletes to hydrate and recharge. Parents are welcome to stay and watch!
- 9:00 - 10:00 AM : Injury prevention warmup, Passing and Serving drills
- 10:00 - 11:00 AM : Position Breakout Session 1
- 11:00 - 12:00 PM : Position Breakout Session 2
- 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM : Lunch break, Open Play
- 12:00 - 12:30 PM : Game Situation Drill Session 1
- 12:30 - 1:00PM : Game Situation Drill Session 2
- 1:00- 1:45 PM : 6 vs 6 Structured Playing Drill (put it all together!)
- 1:45 - 2:00 PM : Cool down, stretch, summary of learning, team cheer!

Beginner : 1 year of club volleyball experience, or new to volleyball
Intermediate : Junior Varsity team member, 2 years of club volleyball
Advanced : Varsity team member, 3 years of club volleyball experience or more

1. How are your camps structured?
We spend the first half of the camp is on individual skills and drills to learn specific techniques and positions. Then we spend the last half with 6 vs 6 game strategies.
2. How do you accommodate different skill levels at the camps?
We will do our best as a coaching staff to separate players by experience levels into different drills and courts to keep the skill levels together.
3. Do I have to play a specific position to register for that camp?
Not at all! We encourage all positions to not just master their own position(s), but to try other skills and expand their volleyball knowledge and techniques.
4. Can I attend only part of a camp and be prorated for the amount I attend?
Unfortunately, we do not prorate for partially attended camps. You would need to pay the full amount regardless of how much you attend.
5. What is your coaching staff like?
We have an excellent coaching staff that is passionate about volleyball and cares about the needs of each individual athlete. Their playing and coaching experience ranges from collegiate level Division 1, 2, 3, and Community College, so we have a plethora of experience to share!

Coach Donny has been coaching volleyball since 2005, and has worked with athletes from ages 6 - 70 and every skill level ranging from beginners to Division 1 Collegiate level players. He is NFHS and IMPACT certified and is exceptional at developing multiple skill levels, while providing detailed and specific feedback for every athlete.
