2024 CAMP INFO
Increase your Vertical Jump and Spiking Power through our Jump & Spike Power Camp! It's a 3 week training camp (3 days a week) that utilizes weight lifting, plyometrics, mobility, jumping and spiking technique development, endurance training, and injury prevention. We spend the first hour on the lower body to develop vertical jump, and the second hour of each day training the upper body to develop spiking power. Then we spend 2 days toward the end of the camp applying the increased athleticism on the volleyball court!
Age : 12 and older (adult athletes also welcome!)

Coach Donny is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been helping athletes improve their vertical jump, strength, speed, agility, and athletic performance since 2006. His philosophy empowers athletes to perform at a higher level by focusing on injury prevention, biomechanics, and muscular development, and meets the individual needs for each athlete.
