Online Personal Training
Online Starter Program ($120) includes a 1 hour Online Training Session/Assessment via Zoom, plus a Customized 4 Week Workout Program made specifically for you! Your workout program will also include video links for your reference to demonstrate proper technique.
Discounted Monthly Workout Programs ($100) can be scheduled once you have completed the Online Starter Program, which includes a 1 hour Online Training Session and a new 4 week training program to help you make continual progress each month.
Upper Body Workout ($40) can be added to your lower body training to make it a full upper and lower body workout program.
Nutrition Plan ($60) is a customized program that includes a 20 minute video consultation, calculates how many calories to consume for your bodyweight, and what types of foods to eat on a weekly basis to maximize your recovery, health, and performance.
Jump Technique Evaluation ($50) is a 20 minute video consultation observing your jumping mechanics with you and how to improve them.
Once you complete payment, Coach Donny will email you within 48 hours to schedule a video conference session via Zoom, and then email you your training program within 48 hours of the online meeting.
- Refund requests for Online Training Sessions and Online Training Assessments must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time in order to receive a full refund. Time adjustments will not be made for logging in late to scheduled sessions. Refunds will not be given for missed or partial sessions.
- If you miss a scheduled Online Training Assessment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to complete a questionnaire in substitute of the assessment, so Coach Donny can still provide you with your customized workout program.
- Refund requests for Monthly Membership Workouts must be made within 24 hours after purchase. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.
