Before Coach Donny's jump training program, all I could ever jump was just touch the basketball net. Two weeks into the training, I touched my 9' ceiling for the first time ever and was exhilarated. I had been trying to touch that ceiling for years when playing with my kids. From that success, I became a believer in Coach Donny's jump training program. Worked hard for the next two weeks and the bottom of my palm went above the bottom of the basketball net. My vertical jump increased 5-6 inches and weight lost 6 lbs after just 4 weeks of training!

I severely sprained my ankle playing volleyball and was given the option of having surgery or strengthening it through therapy. I worked out a program with Coach Donny and my ankle is as strong as ever and I didn’t need surgery. He customized the exercises to my specific needs and made it fun in the process. Coach Donny’s training program have helped me so much for the 5 months. My jumps lacked power and speed. But ever since the program, I’ve received compliments of my vertical jump as many of my friends have seen a significant difference to my vertical jump. Just wanted to let you know that I’m enjoying and benefiting from this latest exercise plan you gave me a few weeks ago. Around that time I also returned to adhering more closely to the nutrition guidelines you gave me. In the two weeks since then I’ve noticed that I’m quicker on the volleyball court, block better, and hit harder. Other players have noticed and commented on it. Plus, I’ve got definition back to my abdominal muscles I hadn’t seen or felt in years. I hadn’t expected that so it was a delightful surprise!

It's been 6 months since I started your regimen for me. I can comfortably bounce the ball at the moment and around 20-30% of the time it's in front of the 10 foot line. On a good day, I'm touching anywhere from 10' to 10'3", and can also see 1-2 feet into the baseline from the net. Just wanted to say thank you for helping me getting closer to my goals and being an overall better player.

I have recently completed the 4 week jump training and it has gone great. I stuck to the training and diet as close as I could. Since starting the training my vertical jump has went from 21.35 to 24.6 inches. Thanks for all the help and I will keep using this training .
