Training Camp
Improve your strength, speed, and power and physically dominate on the volleyball court! Developing these qualities requires consistent training, a specific workout program, and a fully engaged athlete. This training camp is will develop the following areas:
- Injury Prevention - Sports seasons can be long and physically taxing. Only playing your sport will increase your chances of injury. Strength & Conditioning is essential for minimizing injuries throughout the season by improving muscle and tendon qualities, coordination, movement patterns, and essentially making the body more durable.
- Athletic Performance Enhancement - Improving your strength, speed, power, and agility will empower you to jump higher, hit harder, move faster, react quicker, and perform skills with greater ease. If you're not born with the best athletic genetics, then you can definitely develop your athleticism in the gym.
- Recovery + Health - Your body is exceptional at adapting to physically demanding situations with the right workout program. Train your body to recover faster from fatigue and soreness after practices, games, and tournaments. Improve your cardiovascular health, metabolism, and lung capacity for better overall health.
