Online Bodyweight Jump Camp
The Online Bodyweight Jump Camp is a 4 week virtual jump training camp for athletes of ALL LEVELS that will increase your vertical jump with bodyweight only exercises right at home! It starts on January 6, 2021, so make sure you sign up soon! You will improve your lower body power, core strength, joint stability and mobility, jump technique, and injury prevention. Coach Donny will train you in a large group through Zoom video conference, where he will provide live instruction and interactive feedback. This training camp includes the following:
- 4 weeks of training, 3 times per week
- Wednesday's and Friday's from 3:00 - 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time with Coach Donny, Monday's training on your own with a written workout
- Zoom training sessions with Coach Donny: 1/6, 1/8, 1/13, 1/15, 1/20, 1/22, 1/27, 1/29, 2021
- Bodyweight only exercises
MANDATORY ONLINE WAIVER
All participants must sign this Online Waiver before participating in training.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the official start date. Otherwise, no refund will be provided. There are no prorated fees for missed sessions.
