Do you fantasize about jumping SKY HIGH and spiking and dunking over your opponents? I do. You probably do too. That fantasy is not that far off from reality. In fact, with hard work, dedication, and smart training, you can make that fantasy a reality. Take it from me: I started with a 24 inch vertical jump in high school and worked my way to 40 inches in college, adding 16 inches over 4 years!
I dunked a basketball for the first time in my life and I’m only 5’10! I was smashing spikes against 6’4” - 6’8” blockers, blowing up back row defenders, and simply felt unstoppable at times. It’s the greatest feeling in the world! I wish to share my success with other dreamers like you.
