Injury Prevention - Sports seasons can be long and physically taxing. Strength & Conditioning is essential for minimizing injuries throughout the season by improving muscle and tendon qualities, coordination, movement patterns, and essentially making the body more durable.

HOW TO GET STARTED
SIGN UP for the Online Team Training service and you will receive a 1 hour Online Training/Assessment session with Coach Donny and a 4 Week Customized Training Program. The training program utilizes the equipment you have available, even if it's only bodyweight! Once you sign up, you will receive an email to schedule a Zoom session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refund requests for Online Training Sessions and Online Training Assessments must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled time in order to receive a full refund. Time adjustments will not be made for logging in late to scheduled sessions. Refunds will not be given for missed or partial sessions.
- If you miss a scheduled Online Training Assessment without 48 hours notice, you will be required to complete a questionnaire in substitute of the assessment, so Coach Donny can still provide you with your customized workout program.
- Refund requests for Monthly Membership Workouts must be made within 48 hours after purchase. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.
