Jump & Spike Power Camp 2025
Increase your Vertical Jump and Spiking Power in just one week at our Jump & Spiking Power Camp! Learn the best technique for jumping HIGHER and hitting HARDER, with LESS injury, and MORE explosiveness by applying proper weight training, plyometrics, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention exercises.
Too many volleyball players are experiencing preventable injuries with ankle sprains, patellar tendinopathy (Jumper's Knee), shoulder and lower back pain because they are jumping and spiking with incorrect biomechanics. Coach Donny will not only educate you on how to take better care of your body, but how to optimize your athletic potential and train correctly. He has helped thousands of athletes from middle school, high school, and collegiate level athletes improve their jumping ability and spiking power, so you can too!

Location : We will train at 2 different facilities on different days, that are 6 miles from each other :
- One World CrossFit (33415 Western Ave, Union City, CA 94587) Weight Training
- House of Hustle (3532 Arden Road, Hayward, CA 94541) Volleyball Court
Waiver : Complete these waivers before 1st day of training.
