The Online Bodyweight Jump Camp is a 4 week virtual jump training camp for athletes of ALL LEVELS that will increase your vertical jump with bodyweight only exercises right at home! It starts on January 6, 2021, so make sure you sign up soon! You will improve your lower body power, core strength, joint stability and mobility, jump technique, and injury prevention. Coach Donny will train you in a large group through Zoom video conference, where he will provide live instruction and interactive feedback. This training camp includes the following:
MANDATORY ONLINE WAIVER All participants must sign this Online Waiver before participating in training. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the official start date. Otherwise, no refund will be provided. There are no prorated fees for missed sessions. |
JUMP TRAINING PROGRAMS
Increase your vertical jump and significantly improve your athletic performance with only your BODYWEIGHT! This is a 12 week jump training program that utilizes bodyweight exercises, which is a great for athletes who don't access to gym equipment.

Jump 1 - 4 inches higher in 4 weeks with this 4 Week Program! You will receive 8 instructional videos that teach you proper jumping technique, all the necessary exercises and how to perform them safely, how much weight to use, and how to recover from training.

Schedule a Video Conference Consultation with Coach Donny where you can discuss any volleyball, training, and coaching topic you would like during the given time frame. This may include reviewing video of you playing and identifying what areas to improve, how to improve team defense, how to implement certain coaching principles, observe your jumping and weight lifting technique, etc.
