SCHEDULING  SESSIONS

Lear how to increase your Vertical Jump with Coach Donny's approach to Jump Training, which is based on injury prevention, efficient biomechanics, jumping technique, and building strength, speed, and power in the weight room!  Read through the Testimonials section below to hear from his clients about how their experience with Coach Donny's training!
Age : 10 and older
Location : House of Hustle (3532 Arden Road, Hayward, CA) or One World CrossFit (33415 Western Avenue, Union City, CA)
Waiver : Complete EY Online Waiver and download the One World Waiver prior o the first training session
Rates : Each rate is per hour​ (excludes gym rental fee)
  • 1 person - $200
  • 2 persons - $260 ($130/person)
  • 3 persons - $300 ($100/person)
  • 4 persons - $320 ($80/person​)
  • 90 minute sessions are available upon request
Gym Rental Fees : The client(s) is responsible for covering the gym rental fee of $50/hour in addition to the lesson fee. For example, the total cost for 2 people would be $310 ($260 lesson fee + $50 gym rental fee).
Training Program Options : All in person or online training clients receive discounts programming
  • Custom Program - $100 for a 4 Week Customized Program ($250 value) that personalizes specific exercises, sets, reps, and days of the week to optimize your results
  • Pre-written Program - 50% off The Elevation Template training program, which is a 12 month Jump Training Program that progresses your jumping ability from month to month 
Payment & Scheduling Policy : Payment must be paid in full within 24 hours of scheduling a session via Venmo (Donald-hui-1) or Zelle ([email protected]).  If you are offered a time slot, that slot will be secured for 24 hours before it is offered to other athletes.  Your lesson reservation will not be finalized until payment is received. 
Cancellation Policy :​  In order to receive a refund, you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

​​Coach Donny is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been helping athletes increase their vertical jump, spiking power, strength, speed, agility, and athletic performance since 2006.  He has worked athletes from ages 8 - 70, with varying skill levels and training experience.  His philosophy empowers athletes to perform at a higher level by focusing on injury prevention, biomechanics, and muscular development, and meets the individual needs for each athlete.
