- 2 persons - $260 ($130/person)
- 3 persons - $300 ($100/person)
- 4 persons - $320 ($80/person)
- 90 minute sessions are available upon request

Coach Donny is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been helping athletes increase their vertical jump, spiking power, strength, speed, agility, and athletic performance since 2006. He has worked athletes from ages 8 - 70, with varying skill levels and training experience. His philosophy empowers athletes to perform at a higher level by focusing on injury prevention, biomechanics, and muscular development, and meets the individual needs for each athlete.
