I am an NASM Certified Personal Training and have trained over 300 clients with consistent results. I've personally accomplished a 40 inch vertical jump, deadlifted 435 lbs at a bodyweight of 168 lbs, 10% body fat, as well as many other athletic and fitness feats.

I have been working with Coach Donny since my freshman year of high school. I had never lifted weights before and my vertical was pretty low. But Coach Donny’s program has taught me how to use weights and incorporated them into a specifically custom-made workout. In three years, my standing jump has increased 7 inches, and my approach jump 9 inches, allowing me to almost dunk a basketball. I could not be any happier with the coaching Donny has given me, making me the athlete I am today.
