You and I will schedule a time when I can train you at my gym in Union City, California.  We will discuss your goals and create a customized training and nutrition plan for how to achieve them.  I will teach you the appropriate exercises, how to lift weights safely, and how to train at the proper intensity.  I've worked with clients ranging from 8 - 55 years old, and beginner level to advanced athletes.  I will cater to your specific needs and motivate you to achieve your goals!

I am an NASM Certified Personal Training and have trained over 300 clients with consistent results.  I've personally accomplished a 40 inch vertical, deadlifted 435 lbs at a bodyweight of 168 lbs, 10% body fat, as well as many other athletic and fitness feats. ​
