Character - Practice integrity, respect for others, self-respect, self-motivation, compassion, being considerate, and selflessness. Stand up for yourself and for others who cannot stand for themselves.
Together - Together we can accomplish much more than by ourselves. No one gets special treatment. There are no stars on the team - just teammates. This is a TEAM FIRST mentality. Whether you are on the court or on the bench, you are an essential part of the team's success and contribute in many ways.
Industrious - True hard work is done when you don't want to work anymore and you continue to fight, compete, and be the best you can be regardless of the outcome. The only way to achieve exceptional skill is through thoughtful repetition, diligence, and focusing on the process. Playing time must be earned.
